Louth Male Voice Choir’s Concert Recieves East Lindsey Live Accreditation

The Annual Combined Concert, this year with Flint MVC, has been accredited by East Lindsey Live, a calendar developed by East Lindsey District Council of exciting sporting, heritage and cultural events scheme to showcase the district and attract visitors to it.

The Concert which takes place on 21st June at St. James Church in Louth at 7.30pm, is one of a growing number of events to join East Lindsey Live.

Established in 1973 the Concert is organised by the Louth Male Voice Choir, and by receiving East Lindsey Live accreditation has been proven to benefit the district by volunteering and community involvement opportunities

“We are delighted to be part of East Lindsey Live,” says Richard Keeble, Chairman of Louth MVC. “It is great that East Lindsey District Council is supporting events like ours across the district and we are looking forward to welcoming more visitors as a result of their support.”

Adam Grist, Portfolio Holder for Culture, Leisure and Tourism at East Lindsey District Council, added: “We are really pleased to be able to add Louth Male Voice Choir’s Annual Combined Concert to our list of accredited events. It is well organised, popular and plays an important role in bringing people to the district. It is just the type of event East Lindsey Live was set up to support.”

Events accredited by East Lindsey Live receive considerable marketing support, including a page logo on their own marketing material to show people that they are a high quality event that will enhance education and lifelong learning; grow the local economy; improve health and wellbeing; and create volunteering and community involvement opportunities.

The application process is straight-forward, quick and free. Event organisers simply need to download a form from www.eastlindseylive.org
